Built from the tools up
Go Build Group was founded in Sydney in 2021 by a licensed builder who saw the same story repeat on job after job: owners signing contracts they didn't fully understand, paying for variations they couldn't verify, and hoping — rather than knowing — that the quality behind the walls matched the price on the invoice.
We set up Go Build Group to sit on the other side of the table. We bring a builder's knowledge of cost, sequence and quality — but we work exclusively for the owner. No building contracts of our own, no margin on trades, no conflict of interest. Just disciplined, transparent management of your project from the first feasibility conversation to the day the last defect is closed out.
Today we manage new homes, renovations and extensions across Sydney, for families and property owners who want their project run like a professional development — because it should be.
